The Second Week

As we enter our second week of practice, we are slowly moving away from solely working on conditioning and we are beginning to focus on specific events. We will be working with our returning athletes to improve upon their techniques while teaching these events to our new athletes. This is the time to explore and figure out which events you would like to compete in.

Also, at the end of this week, we will begin the process of setting individual goals for the season. Think about what you would like to accomplish this season and how you can train so that you can achieve that goal.
